Program Information

The Culinary Arts Hospitality Management Program at Trenholm State Community College prepares students to thrive in one of the region’s most dynamic and culturally significant industries. Rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Montgomery, Alabama, and the surrounding River Region, the program blends classical training with modern techniques to develop skilled, creative, and industry-ready professionals. As part of a nationally accredited culinary arts program, students may pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts or a concentration in Hospitality Management.

Students will gain practical knowledge in areas such as food and beverage management, tourism, event planning, and hospitality law, while building critical skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. The program strives to meet the evolving needs of the hospitality industry by fostering innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in service. Graduates will be equipped to enter the workforce, advance in their careers, or continue their education, contributing positively to their communities and the global hospitality industry.
