Career Services offers comprehensive support to all students and alumni, aiding in career exploration and preparation for the workforce. Additionally, the Career Services Office connects students with career and employment opportunities such as work-study, internships, micro-internships, job shadowing, externships, co-ops, and part-time and full-time positions. These opportunities are shared through an online student job board, student notifications, and email. Efforts are made to refer students to positions that benefit them both financially and educationally.
Other services include assistance with resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, mock interviews, career fairs, experiential learning opportunities, professional dress guidance, access to career and employer literature, labor market information to support informed career decisions, on-campus interviews, employability skills workshops, and career assessments that assist students with career exploration and decision-making. Students and alumni in need of assistance are encouraged to contact the College’s Career Services Office at (334) 420-4499 or by email at careerservices@trenholmstate.edu.
